At Lynn M. Farrey, D.D.S., we believe in creating a dental experience that feels more like visiting friends than a medical appointment. Our mission is to provide exceptional, personalized dental care in a warm, friendly environment that brings a small-town feel to our Arlington community. We focus on building lasting relationships with our patients, many of whom have been with our practice for over 50 years. Our team looks forward to caring for you and your smile soon!
Meet Your Dentist
Dr. Lynn Farrey
Dr. Lynn Farrey grew up in Centerville, Ohio, where her mother worked as a dental hygienist. From an early age, she was exposed to the dental field and developed an appreciation for the blend of science, art, and personal connection that dentistry offers.
Always interested in science and exceptionally skilled at detailed projects requiring fine motor skills, Dr. Farrey knew she wanted a career that would keep her engaged with people rather than sitting behind a computer. Dentistry perfectly aligned with her interests and talents, allowing her to work with her hands while making meaningful connections with patients.
Dr. Farrey completed her undergraduate education at the University of Dayton, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Women's Studies. She went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University, further enhancing her skills with an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) at the University of Florida.
What Dr. Farrey loves most about dentistry is finding unique solutions to diverse dental challenges. She believes that every dental problem is different, which keeps her thinking creatively and problem-solving daily. This intellectual engagement, combined with the joy of meeting new people and hearing their stories, makes dentistry particularly fulfilling for her.
Dr. Farrey especially enjoys providing crowns, Invisalign treatments, and anterior bonding services. She takes great satisfaction in helping patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles while building relationships that often span generations. She particularly values watching young patients grow into adults and being part of their journey through different life stages.
Outside the office, Dr. Farrey dedicates time to her family, including her 7-year-old son, 5-year-old daughter, and chocolate lab puppy. You'll often find her on the soccer field, basketball court, baseball diamond, football field, at the swimming pool, or in the dance studio supporting her children's activities. She also enjoys walking her dog, going for runs, and traveling whenever possible.

During your initial visit, Dr. Farrey will conduct a thorough examination, including digital x-rays if needed, and discuss her findings with you. We prioritize patient education and involvement in treatment decisions, ensuring you understand all options available to you. Our goal is to create a comfortable, pressure-free environment where you feel heard and respected.

We've eliminated uncomfortable traditional impressions with our advanced iTero digital scanner. This technology creates precise 3D models of your teeth without the messy putty materials, making your experience more comfortable while providing more accurate results for treatments like Invisalign and crowns.
Same-Day Crowns
Our in-office Glidewell Fastmill system allows us to design, create, and place custom crowns in a single visit. This technology eliminates the need for temporary crowns and multiple appointments, saving you time while delivering beautiful, durable restorations that match your natural teeth.
In-Office 3D Printing
We now offer in-office 3D printing for retainers, night guards, sports guards, and select restorations—crafted with precision and ready in as little as one day. Say goodbye to long lab waits and hello to same-day convenience and comfort.

As members of the Arlington community, we believe in giving back to the neighborhoods we serve. We're proud to sponsor the Yorktown High School Dance and Football teams, The Dominion Guild women's charity fundraising group, and St. Agnes School.
